ANIMAL FREE PROPERTIES do not allow any pets or service animals. All our properties are Animal Free properties. When a property is an Animal Free property, the law protects the property owner from having to endure an "unreasonable accommodation" for allowing a service animal. Our Animal Free properties are there to help protect the property owner, as well as future guests, who may have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies; Animal Free means that the property will be free of these allergens. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes; some people have debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, which is why we cannot allow any animals into a Pet Free property, regardless of their work, certifications, status, disabilities, etc. The law protects property owners from unreasonable burdens.
Unauthorized pets are considered a breach of contract and will result in immediate eviction with no refunds, exchanges or credits. Additional fees will be charged to those who breach contracts due to unauthorized pets at a property.
SEASONAL USE OF SWIMMING POOLS Swimming pools are open year round. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee (rate varies depending on the property, time of year and duration of stay). Typically, the pool must be heated for a full 24 hours to ensure reasonable temperatures.
INTERNET/CABLE SERVICE Homes provide complimentary high-speed WI-FI Internet access. Internet, and cable outages can occur and are beyond our control. Upon notification, we will contact the specific provider to report any outages. No refunds or adjustments will be made due to outages.
